Terms and Conditions – The Complete Guide to Using the 1xbit Platform for Malaysia Members

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the 1xbit.lc website, the 1xbit mobile app for Android and iOS, and all related digital services operated by 1xbit.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account with 1xbit and is using the platform's services.
• "Company" or "We" refers to the legal entity that operates the 1xbit platform and all its services.
• "Service" refers to all digital entertainment products offered through the platform, including casino games, sports betting, bingo, slots, and all other games.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, bonus funds, free spins, or other rewards granted by 1xbit to members.
• "Wagering Requirements" (wagering requirement) refers to the number of times a bonus must be wagered before it can be converted into withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer procedure, which is the identity verification process carried out by 1xbit in accordance with compliance requirements.

To register and use the 1xbit platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are registering as an individual on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.

For live sports betting, the odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are the ones that apply. Any changes to odds after a bet has been confirmed will not affect wagers already accepted by the system.

Closure by Member: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the 1xbit support team. Prior to closure, all eligible funds will be credited back to the payment method used, subject to KYC completion and no outstanding disputes.

Suspension by 1xbit: 1xbit reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a violation of these Terms.
• The account is suspected of being used for illegal activities or fraud.
• The member failed to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe.
• There is a request from the relevant legal authorities.

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 1xbit reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with winnings derived from the violating activity.

1xbit reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via their registered email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately for legal or security reasons.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance before the changes take effect.
